Ever wonder what your maximum bandwidth is?  Some people (like me) pay a lot for broadband high speed internet, so I want to make sure I get every ounce of that.

Personally I use Speakeasy for my speed tests.

Typically, I would run all the test from multiple locations in the morning, evening and possibly late at night.  This will give you an idea of the average bandwidth (upload/download) that you are able to get with your particular ISP.
