The initial design versions were measured at 12.125″ in length. However the final design COULD be longer. Even with the higher power consumption, it will still require less juice to power than a GeForce 480.

If you’re wondering about cost, it’s looking like these will hit the streets at around $799-850 dollars. No, it’s not for everyone. However, if you want the most badass graphics card to date, then look no further. So far no release date has been set.

On an added note, it seems that other vendors will also have their own version of the 4GB monster. Asus should have one as well amongst others.

This card is suppose to be right under the 5850 in terms of performance but at sub $250. It is still considered an enthusiast card but the price point should be more attractive to mid-level gamers and power users.
